We specialize in small group classes, focused on beginner, empowering movements so you start to feel more confident immediately. This style keeps you engaged because it is FUN! Energetic music will be playing in the background and since the classes are small, you get more time and resources. You will walk away from class feeling inspired with pep in your step.

We meet in person twice a week to ensure that you are staying on track. Each meeting will include a 20-25 minute workout, goal setting, and life hacks!
