All Back on Track Movement Sessions are 6 weeks long and we meet as a class twice a week for about an hour. The first part of the movement session is a 20-25 minute seated workout. (Included here is a warm-up, cardio, cool-down, muscle conditioning and stretching.) Back on Track workout sessions are super fun and easy to follow. They will give you the confidence to keep setting your goals and working towards reaching them.

In the second part of the class, as a group we will be discussing healthy living ideas coupled with the power of positive living tips that we can incorporate into our lives for the week.
